We make every effort to fulfill all orders placed. However, please note that certain orders may need to be canceled due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, unavailability of stock, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Care Team will notify you if any portion of your order is canceled. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your card account.
Non-Receipt of Payment
Unpaid orders are treated as canceled.
Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team. Upon receiving the cancellation notice, we will cancel the order and refund the order value after deducting a $10 cancellation fee. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped, which may occur within 12 hours after placing the order.
