KZ Cream is a member of the antifungal drug class. It is applied to treat cutaneous fungal diseases. It functions by destroying the fungus that causes ringworm, thrush, and athlete’s foot infections.
KZ Cream should be used for the full recommended length and dosage by your physician. To maximize the benefits of this medication, it should be used on a daily basis. Use only as much as is necessary; doing so won’t improve your condition any faster and might even exacerbate any adverse effects. Usually, skin infections clear up in two to four weeks. If, after two to four weeks of treatment, your condition does not improve, do not use the cream longer than prescribed by your doctor and report the matter to them. By keeping the afflicted regions clean, ensuring they are dry, and washing your hands both before and after treating the infection, you can improve the effectiveness of the cream. If you have athlete’s foot, change your shoes every day if you can, and wash your tights or socks well.
The most frequent adverse effects of this cream include skin irritation, peeling, blistering, and burning feeling. Your hair may occasionally thin as a result of it. Though most of the time they are not serious, you should still consult your doctor if you suspect a severe allergic response. Rash, swelling of the lips, throat, or face, difficulty swallowing or breathing, lightheadedness, and nausea are some of the symptoms. Obtain emergency assistance if this occurs. If there has been direct contact, rinse your eyes with water and get medical help right once.
It is unlikely that using this medication in combination with other oral or injectable medications will impact how well it works, but if you have recently used another steroid-containing cream or experienced an allergic response to an antifungal medication, see your doctor before using this medication. In the event that you are pregnant or nursing, you should only use this cream if it is obviously necessary. Consult your physician about safety.
