Our shipping partners include Indiapost, Swiss post, and DHL, providing a swift delivery window of 5-14 days. However, please bear with us as current pandemic-related delays might extend this period to around three to four weeks.

Express Shipping Details

For orders exceeding $100, benefit from free express shipping via Indiapost, Swiss post, or DHL. Expect your package in 7-14 days with tracking. Orders are backed by our 100% money-back guarantee policy.

Airmail/Express Shipping Advisory

For certain countries, including Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Germany, and others, strict customs regulations limit our ability to provide refunds or reshipments. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Timeframes

We are shipping to the USA smoothly keeping in mind the “De Minimis Rule”. We are covering the duties of the products and then shipping the orders to avoid any hassle, hence the orders are arriving on time.

While we strive for 7-12 business days delivery to the USA, the UK, and Australia, please allow 14-30 days for the rest of the world. Pandemic-related delays might extend these timelines.

How to track the order?

Once your order is finalized, the item is shipped in 24 hours, we will upload the tracking details in your dashboard and email you the same. Please do check spam folders. Track all of your shipments at 17 Track.
If your order has an SG suffix, please track it at SingPost.
If your order has an IN suffix, please track it at IndiaPost.
If your order has a CH suffix, please track it at Swiss Post.
If your order has an FR suffix, please track it at France Post.
If you order has an INAWABET prefix, please track it at DHL India.

Tracking number doesn’t exist?

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until the shipment leave the origin country, so sometimes it may show you “Tracking details not found” or “Pre-Shipment”.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days after receiving your tracking number to be able to track your shipment. We’ll send you an additional tracking notification by email once your tracking number is live.

None of our packages require a signature upon delivery. We will deliver your package to your mailbox.
